You directly provide Property DP with data when you:

  • Place an order

  • Use the Contact form on our website to send us a message

  • Email us, write to us or contact us by phone.


Third-party data

Business data of other parties may be included on artwork supplied by you (architects, developers, designers, etc.). We may record this data for direct business development purposes.

Please note that supplied project information is automatically deleted from our computers seven months after project completion,

  • Update our financial accounts

  • To respond to messages received through our website’s Contact Form or any direct communication (email, phone, writing)

  • Record keeping to enable us to manage projects and efficiently run our business


Who do we share your data with?

We only share your information with our specific technical suppliers for the purposes of the processing of orders, project management, production of design and print, maintaining our company accounts and for the running of our business. We do not share or supply your data to any company or organisation that is not a paid supplier and would not do so, unless required or by legal instruction.

The suppliers we use have their own privacy policies in place regarding handling your personal data, and we are satisfied they offer suitable protection of your data.


How do we store your data?

Data collected from our website is:

1.Held in our website database and is stored on a secure web server by our hosting provider

2.Stored with our cloud project management software

3.Stored with our cloud accounts software

4.Stored with our card processing supplier

How Long Do We Store Your Data?

Personal Data is stored for a maximum of 7 months.

Each month we systematically delete personal data that is over six months old.

Please contact us if you would like us to delete the personal data we hold on you earlier.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

You have the right to request PropertyDP for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

2. The right to rectification

You have the right to request that Property DP correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Property DP to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

3. The right to erasure

You have the right to request that Property DP erase your personal data under certain conditions.

4. The right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that Property DP restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. However, we may have to cancel your order if we are unable to facilitate the production of any imagery due to a request to restrict processing.

5. The right to object to processing

You have the right to object to Property DP’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. However, we may have to cancel your order if we are unable to facilitate the production of any project due to a request to restrict processing.

6. The right to data portability

You have the right to request that Property DP transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
